How can I register?
You will need to send us your details (name, family name, date of birth, nationality, preferred starting date, contact number) together with copy of your passport and proof of payment. This could be a credit card number (Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch) with the expiry date and the card owner’s signature to authorise the charge, or a bank transfer. When we receive these we will send you an enrolment letter. We advise you to read our refund policy before making a payment. (Refund Policy)
How can I know my level?
When you arrive at the Academy we will give you a placement test. This is a multiple choice test. You will also have an interview to determine your level.
Can I choose the time period to study?
After your test you will be able to choose the time period you would like to attend, subject to availability.
Can I take holidays during my course?
The Academy is closed for holidays for a week at the end of each term (with the exception of Autumn term when we are closed for 2 weeks during Christmas and New Year holidays). For the term dates please see the calendar. (UK and School holidays). You pay only for school/class time, not for holidays. (i.e. if you register for a twelve week course it is for twelve school weeks). We will not be able to extend your course for any holidays taken other then school holidays.
When can I start?
You can start on any Monday.
How can I pay my course fees?
Please note, before we can confirm your course or send you a letter of confirmation you need to pay your course fees in full.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (except American Express and Diners Club). If you wish to pay in cash please visit our receptions in Covent Garden and Edgware Road.
